HOA Employees

For any repairs and maintenance, except for gardening, we have:
-    two full time employees
-    one employee 20 hrs a week
-    one employee one or two days a week (occasionally)

Monday and Friday
-    clean 12 trash areas 
-    break big items (wood, metal, etc.) and put them inside the containers

Note: Wednesday trash pickup was cut to save $4200 by having employees 

Projects to Do:
    Sewer lines clogged
    Repair clay pipes because of tree roots
    Sidewalks cement replace because of trees roots 
    Landscaping: water leaks, pipes, valves, and sprinklers
    Add more parking spaces 
    Replace house gas lines (damaged HOA responsibility) from gas meter to first connection after foundation 
    Houses repair outside: water leaks, pipes, relief valve and shoot off valve 
    Repair 13 Gates
    Intercoms, motors, gate cards 
    Maintenance and repair 42 pedestrian doors
    Welding, fencing, and metal covers for access to underneath buildings and gates railing 
    Electric cages and timers cages
    Replace light bulbs and photocells 
    Paint Garage doors, buildings, and graffiti 
    When tree trimmer comes one day gives our guys 3 days of work 

We wanted to continue with these projects but we can’t. Now we’ll have to go with contractors, roofers, and tree trimming. Eventually, because lack of volunteers, we’ll lose the employees and more contractors.
